I’m Dr. Samreen Mongillo, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Mind-Body Coach. I specialize in helping you manage stress and improve your mind-body health through science-based mind-body care and self-compassion techniques—so you can create space for greater balance, resilience, and joy.
